20240807 What Interviewer had said about not getting selected

The Best thing about being a TnP Co-ordinator is that you get to talk with company people! This is the easiest way for me to get amazing insights about what they are looking for in the longer run.

While talking with one of the interviewers of the company, one of the interviewers had said this

"If you don't get into this company, the company wasn't right for you! That is the truth and no way around it."

And that is such a good point. All of us feel that dread, when we don't shortlist, shortlist but don't clear the interviews, etc. and we end up doubting ourselves.

You shouldn't doubt yourself as mere 1-2 interviews are not enough for anyone to know your actual value! They are losing on you and not vice versa!

It's a huge game of luck. So don't think on what has gone! Think more about what is to come and you will crack into the best company for you for sure!
